At 1WayFit, we believe that getting children involved in physical activity early builds the foundation for lifelong
confidence, discipline, and focus both on and off the mats.

We run fun and structured sessions that teach boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, supportive environment. Our aim isn’t just to build fitness, but to help children grow in key areas like self-awareness, emotional control, focus, and personal development.

We regularly work with charities, schools, and community organisations, delivering tailored programs that support a wide range of young people from primary school pupils to teenagers navigating more complex challenges. Each session is designed to be enjoyable, engaging, and development-focused.

It’s not just about throwing punches or learning moves it’s about giving kids tools they can carry into every part of their life.
Through these sessions, children build physical strength, resilience, and social confidence helping them grow into more focused, grounded, and empowered individuals.
